I realize it's been a while since I last blogged but with my upcoming contest participation I thought it would be fun to blog my journey. This Monday I will embark on an 8 week Biggest Loser contest at my gym. I'm so excited to spend these upcoming weeks focusing on my health. I'm on the Purple Team. Go Purple!
In 2011, I started to take care of my mental health. In 2012, I taking care of my physical health. All the while I will be taking care of my spiritual health. I'm feel like I'm finally taking the steps to become a more well rounded person.
I'm so looking forward to what this year has to hold. It's nice to feel optimistic for once.
